Some projects are closer to your heart than others. This one in particular is special to me since it involves a community that welcomed me and I got to contribute to.
About two years ago I started a collaborative project called community connect together with Standert Bicycles. A rider owned performance and urban bike brand from Berlin.
Through running the project they noticed Laz and asked us if we wanted to shoot their launch and introduce him as their ambassador.

This is the launch film for the Erdgeschoss - their adventure gravel bike. Introduced by Laziel Muchemwa with his Cape Town based cycling community. A massive team effort is an understatement. We are currently working on a short film with Laz. His story is quite remarkable so stay tuned.
